Denver Oxford in Navy Italian Suede and Patent

Patent and a commando sole should not be on the same shoe. The Denver puts them there and makes the oxford absorb it.

Navy italian lux suede shares the upper with black patent leather, soft against high shine, with closed lacing holding the front. Black italian calf leather lines the inside. The commando sole underneath is built for ground a dress shoe would normally refuse. It is built on the Zurigo last, rounded at the toe for the traditional English look. Handmade.

The oxford is elegant, classic and timeless, and dresses up or down without complaining about either. This one does both at once, which is a rarer thing than it sounds. Wear it in weather that would ruin a plainer pair.
