1. Who controls your data

We collect what an order needs and what the site needs to run.

That is your name, delivery address, billing address, email address and phone number when you place an order; the contents and value of that order; and standard technical information your browser sends, such as device type, pages viewed and the site you arrived from. We do not collect information about you from third parties and we do not build profiles about you.

3. Payment details

We never see or store your full card number.

Payment is processed by the payment provider connected to this store. Your card details go to that provider directly and we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, the last digits and the card type.

4. Why we use it

Your information is used to fulfil the order, to contact you about it, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We also use aggregate technical information to see which pages are slow or broken. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Who else touches it

Only the services the order actually passes through.

Those are the store platform that hosts this site, the payment provider that takes payment, and the carrier that delivers the parcel. Each receives only the part it needs — the carrier gets a delivery address, not a payment method.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is currently a 7-year minimum.

Contact enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
