1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and Shoe Clinique, 9674 Central Ave, Montclair, CA 91763.

Using this site or placing an order means you accept them. If you do not, please do not order.

2. When an order becomes a contract

An order is an offer, and the contract forms when we accept it.

The order confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order. Acceptance happens when the parcel is dispatched. Until then we may decline an order — for example if the item turns out to be unavailable, or if the address cannot be delivered to.

3. Pricing errors

If a price is wrong we will contact you before charging you.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no tax component until the checkout calculates it for your address. Where an obvious error has been published, we will tell you the correct price and let you confirm or cancel rather than charging the wrong amount.

4. Product descriptions and images

We describe every shoe from what its maker states about it.

These are handmade shoes: small variations between one pair and the next are normal, and hand-applied patina finishes land differently on every pair. Colour on a screen is not a guarantee of colour in the hand, because screens differ. Where a difference is material rather than cosmetic, the refund policy applies.

5. Availability

Listing an item is not a guarantee that it is in stock.

If something sells out between your order and our dispatch, we tell you within 1 business day and refund in full or hold the order for the restock, whichever you prefer.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break the law or to interfere with its operation.

That includes scraping the catalogue at volume, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, and reselling our page content as your own. We may refuse service where this happens.

7. Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited, including the rights of California consumers.

8. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California.
