Every pair on this site is offered in US men's sizes 7 to 13, including half sizes up to 12, in one standard width.

That UK and EU column is the general men's dress-shoe conversion, not a promise about a particular last. Makers differ, and so do the four lasts used across this catalogue.
How to measure
Measure late in the day, standing, wearing the socks you would wear with the shoe.
Put a sheet of paper against a wall, stand on it with your heel touching the wall, and mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe. Measure from the wall to the mark. Do the same for the other foot and use the longer of the two, because almost nobody has a matched pair.
Which last you are buying
The last is the wooden form the shoe is built on, and it decides fit more than the number does.
The Zurigo is rounded at the toe for the traditional English look. The Monti finishes in a slightly square toe. The Savile is sleeker, with a slight chisel. The Belgravia has a chisel toe, a narrow waist and a cuban heel, so it runs closer than the others. Each product page names its last in the description.

We repair shoes for a living, so we see how these constructions settle. Returns are accepted for 30 days from delivery if the fit is wrong — the shoes must be unworn, and the customer pays return shipping except where the fault is ours.
